Foundation Sessions for Year 2, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 & Year 6

Children get lots touches and practice a different topic each week, they all develop their Fundamental movements by playing tag games to improve agility, balance, coordination and speed. The session also includes 1v1’s and overloaded practices before the matches where we always aim to play a maximum of 4v4. This massively increases the number of touches the kids helps the children learn the basic concepts of the game.
