TPFS Sessions:

Our Terms are broken down in to 7 or 8 weeks. We then do a different topic every week. Towards the end of the term we do a technical circuit which is a recap of all of the previous weeks and we always end with a world cup tournament.

Beginners Session (Stage 1)

Session Details:

Pre-Nursery/Nursery/Reception

10:00 – 11:00 or 11:00 – 12:00

£8 per session (paid termly)

Session Description:

Lots of fun games which involve a Football so the children practice manipulating the ball with the their feet whilst playing their favourite games. Our Beginner group coaches are experts at coaching children of Pre- Nursery/Nursery/Reception age.

Transitioning Session (Stage 2)

Session Details:

Reception/Year 1/Year 2

10:00 – 11:30

£9 per session (paid termly)

Session Description:

This session is 1 and a half hours long. It’s a mix of the Beginner and the Foundation sessions. As the children are a bit older and able to concentrate for slightly longer, we start to introduce ‘practices’ that will improve them quicker technically as well as still playing lots of Fun games. This session will include fun games, technical practices, either 1v1’s or overloaded practices and small sided matches. Each session will also be themed.

Foundation Session (Stage 3)

Year 2 – Year 6

10:00 – 12:00

£10 per session (paid termly)

Session Description:

Children get lots touches and practice a different topic each week, they all develop their Fundamental movements by playing tag games to improve agility, balance, coordination and speed. The session also includes 1v1’s and overloaded practices before the matches where we always aim to play a maximum of 4v4. This massively increases the number of touches the kids helps the children learn the basic concepts of the game.

Girls Only Foundation Session (Stage 3)

Session Description:

Girls only sessions help encourage girls to get involved in football. In theses sessions the girls get lots touches and practice a different topic each week, they all develop their Fundamental movements by playing tag games to improve agility, balance, coordination and speed. Youth Development Session (Stage 4)

Session Details:

Saturday (Year 11+) and Sundays (Year 7-10)

12:00 – 1:30

£5 per session (paid termly)

Session Description:

Our Youth Dev. sessions follow a different topic each week where it’s heavily technique focused. We introduce Speed, Agility & Quickness training (SAQ) which is Football related Fitness Training. The session also consists of 1v1 and overloaded practices and finishes with 6v6 or 7v7 matches.

Futsal Session

Session Details:

Holloway School (Bridge School Entrance)

Year 1 – Year 6

4:30 – 6:00

£10 per session (paid termly)

Session Description:

Futsal is an indoor version of Football that comes from South America. It’s played with a smaller and heavier ball with less players and on a smaller pitch.The whole concept is conducive to improving awareness, decision making, reaction time, touch, technique, creativity and expression.
